The Douala International Business and Trade Fair, FIAC, is an economic and event-based event designed to offer the various players in all aspects of trade an international platform for offering the local market, ‘in the same place and at the same time’, the products and services that are part and parcel of everyday life, as well as innovations designed to improve the conditions and consumption habits of visitors – consumers who are the impartial judges of healthy competition and the competitiveness of companies and brands.
As with the first two editions of FIAC in 2018 and 2023, the heart of FIAC 2025 will rely on significant participation from companies of all sizes and origins, and institutions operating in the field of promotion or economic regulation of trade. This participation can be organized through the development of an attractive stand, a showcase for the know-how and know-how to sell of companies in the expression of the Business Market concept, but also in the form of professional or technical meetings to present innovative products/services through the Business Time formula.
This significant participation of companies and institutions calls for a large number of visitors included in the 5,000,000 inhabitants of Greater Douala – who will be strongly solicited and informed of the holding of FIAC 2025 – a fringe of which, the youngest, will be on Easter vacation. This can justify, among other things, the choice of the date of this 3rd edition of the International Business and Trade Fair, FIAC, from April 11 to 20, 2025. This large expected turnout justifies the development of a Business Fun center around a unique infrastructure in Cameroon, the Big Top Circus, which can accommodate 1,200 to 1,500 seats, inside which artistic stage performances will be offered accompanied, in its immediate environment, by other fun attractions for all audiences.
