b) CHOOSING YOUR EXHIBITION SPACE
Tick the box corresponding to the stand module required (indoor or outdoor space) and indicate the number of modules required.
c) ACCEPT AND SIGN THE EXHIBITION REGULATIONS
Complete, sign and date the Exhibition Regulations and Exhibition Space forms. Complete and sign the optional services forms, if applicable. Return your forms to us as soon as possible by e-mail, by post or by one of our consultants.
d) CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION Confirm the reservation of your space by paying at least 30% of the invoiced amount in cash (in our offices), by cheque or by bank transfer by 15 October2023 at the latest. Pay the balance before FIAC opens.
e) OTHER SERVICES
Advertising in the Visitor’s Guide, Stand furniture and accessories for hire, Communication supports in and around the site, Business meetings, Organisation of a Conference or any other event; Sponsorship and Partnerships are all possible options for all exhibitors..
